Who we are
What we collect
- Your account: agency name, e-mail, optional Telegram username, encrypted password.
- Your licence: licence key, plan, end date, and the computers that use it (an anonymous machine identifier, the operating system, the app version and the IP address of the last check).
- Payments: amount, period, crypto currency used and the payment reference. Card or wallet details are never sent to us: payments are handled by NOWPayments.
- Support: the messages you send us in the chat, with your e-mail.
- Affiliates: name, e-mail, payout wallet, and anonymous click statistics (a one-way hash of the visitor IP, renewed every day).
What stays on your computer
Photos, videos, social media logins, sessions and conversations handled by the apps stay on your own computer. They are never sent to our servers. When AI features are used, only the text needed to write a reply is sent to the AI provider you configure (OpenAI).
Why we use it
- To provide the apps and check your licence.
- To process payments and send invoices.
- To send renewal reminders and, if you accepted, news (you can stop anytime from your account).
- To prevent fraud and abuse (licence sharing, attacks on accounts).
Cookies
We only use cookies needed for the site to work: your login session, and a referral cookie (30 days) when you arrive through an affiliate link. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Security logs are deleted after 180 days. Invoices are kept as long as accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to us in the chat on this site. We answer within 30 days.
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, signed licences, strict access controls and logs on our back-office.
