1. The service

Kreatoolkit provides desktop apps for creator agencies (content sorting, video editing, social media and fan engagement automation), with a free version and a paid Pro plan. The service is provided by:

2. Your account and licence

• One subscription per agency. A licence works on the number of computers shown in your account.
• You may not copy, resell, share, decompile or modify the apps, or try to bypass the licence check.
• Keep your password and licence key private. We may deactivate a licence used in breach of these terms.

3. Pro plan and payments

• Pro is paid in advance in cryptocurrency for the chosen period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). There is no automatic renewal.
• Extra time is added to your current end date. At the end of the period, the apps switch back to the free version.
• Because crypto payments cannot be reversed and the free version lets you try everything first, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

4. Your responsibility

You use the apps on your own accounts and are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you use (Instagram, TikTok, Fansly, OnlyFans and others) and with the law, including consent and age rules for any content you handle. Automation can go against some platforms’ terms: no tool can guarantee that an account will never be limited or suspended. We design the apps to reduce this risk, but we cannot be held responsible for decisions taken by these platforms.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and up to date, but platforms change often and some features may stop working for a while. We may update the apps, the plans and these terms; important changes are announced by e-mail.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

7. Affiliate program

• Affiliates earn 30% of eligible plan payments made by clients who signed up through their link within 30 days of their visit.
• Commissions become available 7 days after the payment and are paid in cryptocurrency from $50, to the wallet set by the affiliate. Transfers to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
• Not allowed: spam, fake reviews or testimonials, misleading claims, paid ads on our brand name, self-referral, cookie stuffing. Breaches lead to account closure and loss of unpaid commissions.
• We may change commission rates for future sales, with notice by e-mail.
